Position Intro:

Humble Games is hiring a Digital Sales Specialist for the Humble Games Business Development team. This individual will support the Digital Sales & Licensing Manager in analyzing and managing business operations for digital platforms titles. The Specialist will be exposed to the publishing operations in the interactive entertainment industry, through providing digital sales analysis and reporting, sales tracking, and promotions.

Will also work cross-functionally with teams such as Senior Management, Marketing, and other relevant stakeholders.

Highly impactful in enabling new digital business opportunities for Humble Games.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support Business Development Team in daily digital business operations
  • Communicate with 1st Party contacts to confirm digital offers
  • Tracking promotion performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Generate activation keys; track key inventory, and keys delivered to distribution partners
  • Track and record digital promotions and inform Digital Sales Manager for forecasts and recaps
  • Submit promotion and discount information into 1st party portals and distribution partners for promotion campaigns
  • Fact-checking prices and discount rates on stores when the promotions are live
  • Manage communication with 1st Party to support game developers 
  • Other tasks/projects as assigned

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in video game digital sales and business development 
  • Solid understanding of the video game industry and video game marketing & sales
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about indie games and gaming culture across all platforms
  • Team player with a positive attitude 
  • Experience working with online databases

  • Exceptional project management, analytical and prioritization skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
