Job Description

The Product Manager will be responsible for product planning and execution, including but not limited to assessing customer needs, analyzing market trends and acting on customers' behalf to prioritize product requirements.
The Product Manager will serve as the contextual expert defining the product vision, working collaboratively with engineering, sales and marketing to ensure that projects are delivered and revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
We have multiple openings and the candidate will take ownership over one of our product lines in endpoint security, training, or email security.

The candidate must be able to:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the cybersecurity industry in terms of buyers, partners, vendors, technology, and trends
  • Own the product roadmap including feature definition and prioritization for assigned products
  • Create and deliver business cases for new product proposals that include: Market sizing, User problem definition, User and buyer personas, Competitive positioning, UX and product flow and Sales, distribution and channel strategy
  • Facilitate partnerships and licensing opportunities to meet market demands and product strategy
  • Be a subject matter expert with respect to the industry and the competition
  • Understand and explain industry shifts and emerging trends
  • Deeply understand customer workflows and discover unarticulated customer needs
  • Translate customer needs into user stories for use by the engineering team.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant cybersecurity or high tech industry experience, as a PM, practitioner, developer, etc
  • Experience in agile product development methodology (Scrum, Kanban or Lean startup)
  • Ability to write requirements, use cases, user stories clearly with very strong writing skills overall
  • Communicate with product stakeholders, prospects, and customers
  • Clearly describe complex technical problems in non-technical terms
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Understands modern cybersecurity attacks and their defenses
  • Directly applicable product and/or technology strategy experience
