Ad Operations / Yield Associate (UK Shift - Remote)
Description
- Campaign and Data Tracking: Update and maintain daily campaign trackers.
- Data Reconciliation: Conduct daily breakdowns of First-Party (1P), Third-Party (3P), and Private Marketplace (PMP) data.
- Performance Monitoring: Track session and impression data, flagging any significant discrepancies or anomalies (too high/low) to the Ad Operations team for review.
- Line Item Management: Assist with line item mapping and end-of-month (EOM) closing processes, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Process Improvement: Identify and offload tedious operational tasks to improve team efficiency.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: A proven ability to meticulously review data and processes to ensure accuracy.
- Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to work with numbers, identify trends, and make sense of data from various sources.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive in identifying data inconsistencies and capable of flagging potential issues to the appropriate team members.
- Reliability: Highly dependable with a strong sense of ownership over tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent Communication: Clear and concise in written and verbal communication with team members.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple daily tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a data-heavy or operational support role is preferred. Previous experience in digital media, advertising, or ad operations is a plus.
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Power BI/ Tableau are preferred.
