Ecommerce Marketing Manager
Description
- Audit, coordinate and optimise all aspects of digital marketing and e-commerce, including website, app, social media, and email.
- Day to day point of contact for our affiliate partners responsible for securing best commission rates for key brands
- Identify new partnership opportunities with brands, retailers or affiliate networks
- Management/ownership of our profile on affiliate networks
- Leverage trends, evaluate and adopt new tools or technology.
- Collaborate with the internal digital team to ensure all parties are clear on commerce deliverables
- Identify key revenue trends by channel and make recommendations to the wider marketing team where appropriate
- Understand the commerce user journey and make recommendations for improvements where necessary.
- Responsible for building strong relationships with affiliate partners and brands to ensure the smooth running of the account. Therefore, strong communication, attention to details and organisational skills are essential in this role.
- Remain up to date on affiliate marketing trends and educate/organise the internal team to implement changes to drive our revenue goal.
- You will be responsible for the revenue driven via this part of our business, including onboarding new partners, growing existing accounts and negotiating/renewing contracts.
- You should be able to interpret and manipulate available data, drawing sound inferences, and be very aware of how projects are connected to revenue growth. KPIs and targets should drive your decision making and strategic plans.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in an e-commerce/affiliate marketing role.
- Confident in managing affiliate platforms such as AWIN, Skimlinks, Impact
- Innovative and analytical thinking
- Complete understanding of commerce conversion funnel
- Proven track record of executing digital commerce communication plans
- Ability to dig into sales data to identify trends and insights that be used to optimise performance of our cross-channel marketing plans
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Good team player mentality with a proactive attitude.
- Creative, independent thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Good Excel competency and ability to process data

*The salary compensation for this role is £32,000-£36,000. Compensation for this business unit specific role is based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, as well as business & company performance. Please note, this is a hybrid role with an expectation that you will attend the office 3 days a week.
