- Own strategic direction, vision and implementation of RetailMeNot’s loyalty program: Including areas such as solidifying program objectives, membership acquisition practices, monitoring performance of key customer cohorts, enhancing app, site, email and extension features, developing the loyalty campaign calendar, and working with cross-functional teams to execute against the Loyalty and Engagement roadmap.
- Develop an overall B2C CRM strategy to engage shoppers across the Ziff Davis Shopping portfolio (RetailMeNot, Offers.com, BlackFriday.com, etc) with personalized, targeted, and relevant marketing across all lifecycle stages
- You will design and drive the strategy of a unique loyalty program including a My Rewards Hub, Incentives, Bonuses and Promotions that drive growth, engagement, and retention of our customers
- Feature Testing: Develop a roadmap of robust A/B testing of loyalty benefits, rewards & campaigns to continuously optimize the RetailMeNot loyalty offering. Brief cross-department leads, deploy and analyze results to share broadly across the company.
- Own the value proposition and messaging strategy at all stages of our customer journey. Conveying the right message, in the right place, at the right time.
- Partner with our Sales, Ad Operations, and Product Marketing teams to understand the needs of our advertisers and promote sponsored content across CRM channels
- Reporting: Track performance against key loyalty KPIs, understanding when to pivot or optimize based on results to targets.
- You are an engagement and retention champion, always advocating for the user and striving for best-in-class programming.
- You have 10+ years of CRM or Loyalty marketing experience including innovative campaigns, personalized trigger campaigns, cross-sell initiatives, targeted promotions/offers, and managing preference centers
- Deep-rooted experience with customer engagement platforms, CDPs, DMPs and location-based targeting services
- You are passionate about testing and moving the needle
- 5+ years recruiting, leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or a related field
- Experience working with product, eng, data and analytics teams for complex database marketing, data / tech requirements gathering, and integration with CRM and CDP technologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly consume large amounts of data and draw insights that drive the business forward
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others
- Solutions-oriented with the curiosity and confidence to try new things
