TDS is looking to complement this team with an Associate Client Product Manager as described below.
 
About The Role:

We are currently looking for an Associate Client Product Manager to add to our dynamic team. As an Associate Client Product Manager, you will handle the day-to-day components of builds, issue mitigation, proactive monitoring while also developing client facing skills to manage projects directly with clients and vendors.
 
What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshooting - Personally troubleshoot customer-facing business and technical issues, drive issue escalation within TDS as needed and communicate with Client or Client Services.
  • Client Support - Participate in client meetings as requested. Serve as a technical and project guide for clients during the build phase, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed.
  • Monitoring - Proactively monitor foundational systems and triage anomalies and bugs, escalating within TDS as needed. 
  • Problem Solving - Help strategically address business, product, and technical challenges to help customers leverage TDS’ 1st Party product. Continuously expand knowledge and application of new technologies to support client and customer growth.
  • Project Management - Managing external and internal deliverables as well as ensuring that projects are progressing within the defined timelines.

  

Qualifications:
  • B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent
  • Technical Program or Project Management experience a plus   
  • Client Management experience a plus
  • Experience with JIRA, Figma, or SQL a plus
  • 1-2 years of enterprise-level, technology-related support or account management experience   
  • Exceptional customer focus and bias for action   
  • Adept at establishing and developing relationships cross functionally   
  • Strong technical problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly   
  • Experience with data analytics, including applications like SQL, New Relic and advanced Excel functions
  • Experience visualizing big data to demonstrate value and quality to customers   
  • Self-motivated with a track record of appropriate urgency and follow-through   
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with both clients and internal audiences, able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.   
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see/understand the big picture
