Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Sr Manager, Sales Operations & Strategy to join our dynamic Shopping team. This is a unique, hybrid leadership role for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact by both architecting our sales operations and leading the established Account Management team.
This role is designed for a leader who excels at the intersection of process and people. You will operate as a high-impact individual contributor, taking full ownership of the systems, processes, and analytics that empower our sales team. Simultaneously, you will manage and develop our talented team of Account Managers, coaching them to deliver exceptional client support and achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Integrated Team & Process Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and manage the Account Management team, developing their skills to support sales team KPIs and drive customer satisfaction.
- Own the strategic direction of our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and optimizing workflows to support the entire sales and account management lifecycle.
- Analyze and re-engineer the end-to-end sales and post-sale process to eliminate friction, drive efficiency, and create a seamless experience for our partners.
- Commercial & Monetization Strategy:
- Lead monetization strategies for high-demand tentpole events and seasonal initiatives, partnering with Sales and Marketing to design sophisticated bundled offerings.
- Drive the analysis of placement and package performance, generating critical insights from the Account Management team to inform future pricing, packaging, and product strategy.
- Advanced Analytics & Performance Management:
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards on key sales and account performance metrics, translating data into coaching opportunities and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance on sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and quota-setting processes, ensuring operational rigor.
- Analyze high-level performance trends to inform decisions around operational changes and refinements to the Account Management team's playbook.
- Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Act as a key strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product leaders, driving alignment and ensuring the successful execution of company-wide initiatives.
- Architect and manage the sales technology stack, leading the evaluation and implementation of new tools to provide a competitive edge.
What You'll Need (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 6-8+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar strategic role.
- Proven experience in a leadership capacity, with a strong aptitude for managing, coaching, and developing team members.
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce (Salesforce Admin certification is a strong plus).
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with mastery of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and deep experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- A proven track record of designing and implementing successful, large-scale sales processes and strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and motivate a team.
- A highly autonomous and proactive work ethic, with the ability to drive projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep experience in digital media, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing is strongly preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 to $125,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
