About the Job:
Zeta Global is looking for an experienced Data Scientist with industry-proven hands-on experience of delivering machine learning to production to solve business problems. To be a good fit to join our AI/ML team, you should ideally:
• Be a thought leader that can work with cross-functional partners to foster a data-driven organisation. • Be a strong team player, have experience contributing to a large project as part of a collaborative team effort. • Have extensive knowledge and expertise with machine learning best-practices and industry standards. • Be able to design and execute experiments to measure the impact of new features and machine learning models on business outcomes. • Empower the product and engineering teams to make data-driven decisions.
What you need to succeed:
• 3-4 years proven hands-on industry experience as a Data Scientist. Experience in personalisation, ad-tech or mar-tech is a strong plus. • Fluent in SQL and Python. Industry experience with Spark / Hadoop is a major advantage. • Possessing a Master’s degree in Science or Engineering (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Operations Research etc.). PhD is preferred. • Experience or willingness to learn tools to create data pipelines using Luigi/Airflow. • Ensuring high product quality through rigorous code reviews and unit tests. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams of varying technical levels and present the results to business stakeholders.
