We are hiring an Campaign Operations Manager to become a key member of our team. In this role you will be responsible for campaign set-up, 3rd party tracking integration, media delivery and QA processes to debug issues. Sitting at a critical intersection between our advertising partners and internal engineering teams, the Operations team constantly works to identify issues, problem solve, optimize and communicate to teams inside and outside the organization. You will become an expert in our internal systems and strive to establish procedural best practices to maximize the business. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Set up new campaigns and integrate with 3rd party tracking platforms
  • Oversee the ongoing performance, tracking and media fulfillment of advertiser offers
  • Identify opportunities and deliver offer optimization recommendations related to targeting, placement and creative
  • Become a master of internal reporting through close work with our business intelligence team to identify any advertiser reporting or tracking issues
  • Communicating directly with clients during campaign setup or debugging
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the media available to our advertisers and continuously work to maximize the deployment of campaigns on available media
  • Regularly analyze reporting to identify new opportunities and make recommendations on the delivery and success of campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day launch and QA of new path optimization
  • Work independently with guidance from management regarding overall goals and objectives
  • Produce Internal operational/product documentation that details new product feature releases or enhancements based on internal systems
  • Assist in the evaluation of new tools, opportunities, or enhancements for integration efforts to improve the value of the marketing dataset

 

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • 3+ years experience in performance based digital marketing at the publisher, platform, or ad network level
  • Knowledge of online advertising and methodologies
  • Previous experience with digital tracking platforms such as Cake, Everflow, Tune, etc
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
  • Knowledge of setting up data posts, tracking pixel and postback URLs
  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, PowerBI
