Zeta Global is looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing a team of Data Analysts / Modelers and lead campaign optimization efforts. This position will report to the Director of Analytics.



  • Build and lead a high-impact team of Analytics & Data Science specialists.
  • Collaborate with the offshore team to scope, plan and execute key initiatives.
  • Oversee execution of accurate and insight-rich reporting that allows visibility into marketing ROI via Tableau, Looker, etc.
  • Lead the development and rollout of predictive models across our clients and brands through the use of R, Python, Spark, SAS etc.
  • Manage scoring pipelines in Python/Spark in AWS environment and related data engineering aspects
  • Grow the talent and increase visibility of the team across the org.



  • Background in and ability to execute Analytics / Data Science projects in a managerial role.
  • Superior communication skills and consultative mindset; Experience communicating statistical and data analysis concepts to high-level stakeholders and external clients is valued.
  • Analytics / Data Science teams are unique; managers need to be able to balance technical depth with excellent communication skills
  • Experience delivering data-driven value in conjunction with cross-functional teams in prior roles
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines. We move at a fast pace and generally have 3-5 projects going at any one time. 



Desired Background: 

  • 7-9 years of experience in Analytics / BI / Insights / Predictive Modeling / Data Science with 3-5 years of experience managing a team.
  • Hands-on expertise with R, Python, Spark, SAS or other statistical/machine learning tools.
  • Education background in a quantitative field like Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Operations Research. Post-graduate (MS/PhD) degree preferred.
