Zeta Global is hiring an Audience & Multi-channel (WebPersonalisation, Search, Social, Programmatic) Customer Success Manager

 Description:

  • Communicate with customers and coordinate the implementation of Zeta solutions (adtech and martech)
  • Qualitative realization of daily processes, on schedule.
  • Quantitative analysis by KPI of Search, Social, Programmatic media campaigns and on-site personalization
  • Strategic audience analysis and optimizations
  • Seach, Social, Programmatic, and Onsite campaign optimization recommendations based on audience strategy
  • Customer relationship and explanations of the results showing their return on investment.
  • Research and understanding of underperformance
  • Advice and education to our customers
  • Preparation and presentation of QBR / Strategic reviews
  • Support the operation teams
  • Upsell identification on existing portfolio
  • Support to sales teams on briefs
  • Testing and deployment of new tools.
  • Improvement of internal Data Vizualization processes and tools

 

 Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in optimization of Search, Social and / or Programmatic media campaigns.
  • You like analytical tasks and digital solutions.
  • You are comfortable with media buying platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook ads platforms
  • You are comfortable with the logics of tagging, serving, audiences, tracking and attribution.
  • Knowledge of the main market players: Agency, Adtech, Martech
  • Knowledge of the challenges of leading advertisers (cookieless, DCO, attribution, transparency, CRM onboarding)
  • Your oral and written synthesis skills allow you to convey your ideas both internally and with the client or agency.
  • Your analytical mind positions you as a proactive, organized element with a spirit of initiative.
  • You easily adapt to the different sectors of activity of our clients to understand their challenges and needs.
  • Written / oral English,
  • Knowledge of Polish a plus
