Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for the quality and delivery of a campaign for a client including tactical recommendations, campaign management, campaign development, QA and reporting calling on specialist roles when necessary (e.g. Creative). This is a role to work in a fast-paced technology support environment using innovative technologies while having the ability to work with enterprise clients face-to-face. Creative problem solving and troubleshooting skills will lead to success in this position and future advancement!

As a Campaign Manager, roles and responsibilities on a typical day might include the following: 

  • Gathering campaign requirements, timelines and finalizing briefing
  • Coordinating with cross functional team to drive email development
  • Managing the creative process if required
  • Analyzing provided html assets and revise where necessary
  • Executing campaign configurations
  • Creating, managing and troubleshooting audience groups (not responsible for the data integrity - BSA)
  • Performing Quality Assurance checks and end to end testing of a campaign
  • Tracking and reporting on a campaign's performance
  • Managing communication of time, scope, cost of a campaign
  • Managing & maintaining campaign documentation
  • Leading client or internal training on campaign process, platform tools & custom applications
  • Campaign/trigger monitoring & issue resolution management
  • Day to day support of specific platform & custom applications for self-deployment clients
  • Beta testing Product features and upgrades
  • Actively participating in internal and external calls to understand upcoming projects or campaigns

Qualifications and Preferred Skills: 

  • 1-3 years related full-time experience in customer support or client services environment
  • Must have strong understanding of customer service standards
  • Must have strong critical thinking skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Self-starter who requires minimum supervision
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work independently
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies; understanding of scope, requirement gathering, dependencies, and scheduling work
  • Must have a high attention to detail with the ability to produce flawless work in rapid succession
  • Must possess effective communication skills when speaking to technical and non-technical
  • Knowledge of or experience with basic Adobe Photoshop functionality
  • Exposure to relational database structure (primary and unique keys, sister table joins)
  • Knowledge of email best practices
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
