What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating with Photography and Digital Imaging teams
  • Creating product pick lists for studio team
  • Compiling a list of merchandise that is missing an image
  • Requesting the transfer of merchandise from fulfillment centers for photo shoots
  • Analyzing current and projected photo inventory levels to forecast potential labor needs
  • Analyzing received inventory against the manifest of requested merchandise
  • Maintaining accuracy between physical and virtual inventory
  • Identifying merchandise that falls under the aged inventory parameters
  • Creating shoot requests through internal ticketing systems for aged inventory merchandise
  • Locating any missing images for merchandise within internal ticketing systems

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a high volume, high production, operations environment
  • Basic understanding of Mac and PC file systems/hierarchy
  • Ability to operate safely and efficiently on set while hitting production goals
  • Comfortable with repetitive work
  • Ability to easily communicate and collaborate in a team environment
  • Possess the ability to work alone for long periods of time
  • Ability to consistently meet production goals
  • Possess a “whatever it takes” mentality and jump in wherever the work needs to be done
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
