Key responsibilities

Understand Business goals and transform them to functional solutions for Development teams
Gathers, manages, and prioritizes requirements to create product roadmaps helping the department to meet business outcomes
Collaborate with Engineering, QA , Users to create product vision with innovative solutions
Being Data Driven: Analyse and interpret trends or patterns of data. Find effective ways to improve the system with respect to Quality, speed and user experience
Learn financial products, Market trends & solutions relevant to power Yodlee solutions across Financial Domain
Leadership : Manage a team of Business Analyst to guide and mentor them with thought leadership, coaching and creating leaders

Experience & Skills :

E. / B.Tech degree, MBA is a plus
6 - 8 years of experience as successful Business Analyst/Product Owner
Strong research and analytical skills. Ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Must have excellent problem solving, presentation and leadership skills and the ability to comprehend and communicate both macro and low-level pictures to all levels of the organization, including senior management
Experience in creating storyboard/user journey, writing user stories
Effective usage of Tools for higher efficiency and productivity – Jira, Excel, Macros, Databases (SQL), Web technologies
Understanding of web technologies and solutions is desirable
Knowledge in working with Agile driven teams
Good aptitude & excellent communication skills with a flair to learn quickly.
