Overview
Business Analysts (BA) will be part of the Product Management function. The Product team includes stakeholders like Product Managers and Business Analysts, and is responsible for setting and managing the 'Product' vision. By constantly analysing the market changes, evolving trends in technology and business, and by understanding the customer expectations and feedback, this team will strive towards continuously improving the quality of the product offerings such that 'Financial Advice' and 'Wellness' is provided by the Financial Advisors in a truly transformed manner.
Role Description
• Collaborates with various stakeholders such as Product managers, Business/enterprise teams and external clients to understand and analyse the requirements
• Actively participate and drive / lead the project specific scrum teams including diversified stakeholders - Developers , QA and Product Managers
• Analyse requirements by testing current functionalities and translate requirements into Business Requirements Document
• Understand existing features and analyse new business requirements by relating them to the overall Product
• Drive logical and innovative approach to solve complex problems
• Coordinates with system analysts, developers, designers and end users to ensure functional fulfillment and user satisfaction
• Oversees the implementation of the enhanced functionality and carries out functional validation and ensures that requirements are met
• Writes user manuals and supports QA in testing process
• Provides training to internal and external users
• Analyze client queries related to platform features, APIs, and provide resolution

• Technical skills to perform data analysis and visualization. Fundamental knowledge of SQL to access, retrieve and analyze data is highly preferable.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and applications
• Knowledge of both Technical and Functional Documentation (BRS/SRS/FRS and Gap Analysis docs)
• Understanding of the Wealth management domain and Financial markets
• Good time management skills

Experience & Qualification
• 2 – 5 years’ work experience as Business Analyst in software development organizations
• Experience in Wealth Mgmt. platforms and Investment Banking operations and associated systems/technology
• BTech or Post-graduate (preferably in) Management / finance with good academic records
