Job Summary: 

Yodlee is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will play a key role in driving the development and execution of Yodlee’s governance, risk management and compliance framework, ensuring the integrity and security of our products and services while simultaneously supporting business decision-making with actionable insights.

You will work closely with cross-functional and interoperable teams to lead governance, risk management and compliance related initiatives, including but not limited to assessing risk, developing risk mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance, developing business intelligence/decision support tools and demonstrating adherence with regulatory requirements.  The Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Manager takes the lead on building, refining and optimizing governance, risk, and compliance processes and policies to maintain Yodlee's reputation as a leader in data aggregation and financial services technology. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation, execution and maintenance of the Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with outsourced providers on the delivery of assessments and feedback for Yodlee’s Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Programs.
  • Lead remediation efforts for audit findings, unmitigated risks, and control deficiencies to reduce client-related risks.
  • Partner with team members and leadership to identify, address, and resolve key risks and issues in a timely manner. Provide mentorship to junior team members.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Yodlee’s Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance policies and standards. Manage the exception process for non-compliance with policies and standards.
  • Manage audit-related deliverables, including tasks for internal, client, and regulatory audits and exams.
  • Manage internal and external client relationships, ensuring timely, clear communication and resolution of queries and concerns.
  • Develop metrics, analyze data and identify trends to deliver actionable insights that drive improvements to the control environment.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.  
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5+ years of experience in credit risk and compliance, in an analyst, manager or equivalent role
  • Complete knowledge and full understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance key principles, practices and applicable solutions
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, particularly Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) guidelines and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) compliance
  • Proven success managing audits and outcomes
  • Expertise in business intelligence analysis and reporting, including building and maintaining reporting processes that deliver actionable insights
  • Proven ability to consult and educate internal and external teams on Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance obligations
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change 
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand complex products, including Yodlee’s consumer data solutions, aggregation, verification, payment, and credit products
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across functions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI)

Salary:

The annual base salary range for this position is $88,000 to $132,000.
