Envestnet is seeking a Principal Director, Business Solutions Architecture to join our Yodlee team. This is a remote role with occasional travel to our Raleigh, NC office.

Job Summary:
Envestnet | D&A is seeking a talented and passionate Leader for our Business Solutions Architecture team within the Consulting and Delivery Team. This team is responsible for providing in-depth technical expertise to facilitate sales to new and existing clients at scale through serving as a Technical SME on all D&A products. Additionally, this team internally provides technical support for our the client implementations and provides solutions to integration challenges for all clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Consultants to identify and uncover a prospect’s technical solutions needs to address their business goals, needs and pains
- Work with clients and cross functional teams to understand requirements, develop implementation plan, identify, and mitigate technical risks, oversees data migration, app configuration and customer integration
- Provide technical solution support for client issues related to recent PS implementations
- Act as the technical SME for key clients throughout the relationship, supporting quarterly business reviews, adhoc issues, and any requests for customizations
- Support requests for fulfillment of Implementation Proposals and SOWs including ownership of providing the work estimation and the cost.
- Help drive decisions for refinement activity to ensure that project deliverable is in line with customer goals, objectives, and expected value
- Design, build, and manage the sales enablement portals and tools owned by Envestnet
- Manage and resolve complex customer integration issues and project escalations.
- Lead and drive POCs including steering committee meetings
- Identify best practices and process improvement to support the sales and implementation process and execute plans to achieve the improvements
- Help drive decisions for refinement activity to ensure that project deliverable is in line with customer goals, objectives, and expected value
- Monitor checks and controls with delivery team to determine accurate project status, also review project progress and status on weekly basis and ensure accurate reporting
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years relevant experience in technical project management, professional services and technical consulting, process/resource management consulting, and/or customer relationship management
- Demonstrated sound technical and business judgment and is recognized as a person with excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Value based selling skills
- Excellent knowledge of enterprise web applications - including the basics of web infrastructure, applications, database, networking and security
- Experience with Retail and Small Business Internet Banking applications and their functionality
- Experience with Personal Finance Management (PFM) systems
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales/technology experience in the Financial Services vertical preferred
- Online Personal Financial Management (PFM), online banking, mobile banking experience a major plus

Salary:
The annual base salary range for this position is $168,000 to $240,000.
