Envestnet is seeking a Quality Management Intern to join our Service team for the summer. This position is expected to report to either our Berwyn, PA or Raleigh, NC office.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of the Quality Management Intern is to act as a trusted advisor to the business, partnering with the Envestnet leadership teams and providing data and analytics that empower Envestnet to deliver a superior client experience. You will support the design, deployment, and analysis of experience management tools across the organization to help shape business and operational decisions and guide our client experience.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leverage operational and experience data to create compelling client stories that will inform strategic and tactical decisions across every level of business.
  • Design accessible reports and dashboards to provide actionable client insights to all levels of the organization.
  • Support internal and external Voice of the Client research initiatives including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  • Support the administration of the Qualtrics experience management system.
  • Monitor and analyze client experience metrics with an emphasis on linking client insights to financial outcomes.
  • Build relationships across business functions and partner with functional leaders as an advocate for client experience.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data from client surveys as well as qualitative & quantitative metrics from customer service, operations, engineering, finance, and product.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and best practices across the organization, emphasizing the value of CX to the business.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.  
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Experience with experience management or survey technology like Qualtrics preferred.
  • Understanding of business technology such as Zendesk, Jira, and Salesforce a plus.
  • Prior experience in a Software/SaaS company a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting and storytelling.
  • Experience collaborating with teams to curate, plan, execute, synthesize, and share insights.
  • Autonomous, motivated, accountable, and self-starting problem solver.

Envestnet’s Summer Internship Program:

Envestnet’s Summer Internship Program provides a paid, 10-week, full-time experience for qualified students to learn more about Envestnet and what we do. Interns will receive hands on exposure to the inner workings of their teams and functions.

The 2025 Summer Internship program will begin on June 9th, 2025, and will conclude on August 15th, 2025. All interns must be a commutable distance to an office location and will be expected to work in office.
