Job Summary:   

Yodlee, with its rapidly growing customer and user base, is seeking a Client Manager to partner in the ongoing management of client relationships with our Financial Services clients.  The objective of the role is to deliver user growth, revenue growth and Client satisfaction with our services and solutions. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Becoming very familiar with your assigned clients online offerings and related business strategies to understand how Yodlee services can contribute to achieving their objectives.
  • Acting as a key touch point for your assigned clients on questions regarding ongoing projects, initiatives, key follow-ups, and new opportunities.
  • Ongoing tracking, analysis and reporting of KPI’s for internal discussion and client reporting
  • Executing quarterly client business reviews
  • Participating and co-leading key client interactions to understand upcoming plans, needs, strategic goals, targeted outcomes for measurements and KPI identification.
  • Executing and supporting Strategic Planning sessions with assigned clients to ensure client strategic plans are reviewed and discussed, and partnering with assigned clients to implement programs leveraging 'best practice' approaches.
  • Acting as a key contact for internal partners (Product, Marketing, Professional Services) to communicate client needs and strategies and ensure client deliverables are met.
  • Provide exceptional relationship management to Financial Institution customers to grow and retain their business.
  • Provide consulting to your customers on an ongoing basis to drive adoption and engagement of the solution.
  • Partner to develop renewal strategies that address customer needs while providing for upsell opportunities. Support and participate in the negotiation of customer contracts and amendments for renewals.
  • Expansion of installed solutions through additional integrations and divisional expansion where possible.
  • Plan, prepare and coordinate customer summits, customer planning sessions, customer strategy sessions to share solution performance, product roadmap plans, and capture areas for growth and expansion.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3-5 years experience in a previous role that included sales and revenue goals or supported attainment of sales.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technology and / or financial services field.
  • Familiarity working for or with financial institutions and within a digital services environment.
  • You are a self-starter, curious, and demonstrate perseverance, dedication, and commitment.
  • You are detail oriented and strive for clarity with a strong desire to learn and grow in a role.
  • You are articulate and bring perspective and knowledge about the financial services / tech / digital space.
  • You have persuasion skills and confidence to use them internally and with clients.
  • You’ll have a strong ability to work cross-functionally within the company (partnering with Sales, Services, and Product, etc.)
  • Team player mentality with a consultative approach to your role and with customers.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical with demonstrated experience in working with technology / technology issues.
  • Ability to think and act independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Ability to adopt a range of influencing and negotiation styles to deal with objections / challenges internally and externally.
  • Drive, creativity, and good judgement - to proactively address potential issues, circumvent roadblocks, and request assistance when needed 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA is a plus

SALARY:

The annual base salary range for this position is $51,000 to $110,000.
