The Commercial Deal Desk is the Inside Sales hub for all commercial transactions originated in the Contractor Channel.

Commercial Inside Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Deal Desk Manager will be responsible for both Inside Sales and Transaction Management while overseeing the commercial financing transaction pipeline.
  • Conduct transaction management and responsible for the success of the “Commercial Deal Desk”.
  • Lead with a strategic mind and demonstrate proficiency in supporting transactions.
  • Evaluate potential commercial leads, propose terms, and collaborate with CAMs/RAMs on projects that are beneficial to the company.
  • Prepare quotes and coordinate sales meetings.
  • Manage commercial transactions from application to funding in a timely manner.
  • Support channel partners with excellent communication skills and proficiency in pipeline management.
  • Support the sales funnel’s efficiency and execution.
  • Grow sales by mining of unsolicited leads to opportunities.
  • Increase the bandwidth/capacity of our Commercial and Residential Account Managers to build lasting relationships with our channel partners and property owners.
  • Other duties may be assigned. 

Commercial Inside Sales Manager Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 4 to 6 years of related experience and/or training. 
  • Previous experience in Project Management, Commercial Real Estate Financing.
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • Evaluate potential commercial leads, propose terms, and collaborate with CAMs/RAMs on projects that are beneficial to the company.
  • Generate new business from unsolicited leads and outbound sales calls
  • Preparing quotes and coordinating sales meetings.
  • Research our network and market to uncover growth opportunities within existing contractors and identify new contractors
  • Managing commercial transactions from application to funding in a timely manner.
  • Supporting channel partners with excellent communication skills and proficiency in pipeline management.
  • Lead with a strategic mind and demonstrate proficiency in supporting transactions.
  • Possess superior leadership, organizational and time management skills.
  • Be committed to providing excellent sales execution and customer service.
  • Oversee and manage the performance of the Deal Desk team as it grows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to provide detailed, efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
  • Ability to effectively present information. 
  • Strong knowledge of financing procedures and policies.
  • Advanced computer software application (Salesforce, CoStar, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
