Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst that is highly skilled in building Salesforce workflow rules, trigger automations, and overall growth of our Sales organization.

Business Analyst - Sales Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will dive into development, ensure user experience.
  • Take ownership of the CRM (Salesforce) – this includes project management, custom development and interface and obtain requirements from user groups.
  • Manage company data - organize data to produce tools to support the sales team.
  • Go into code and dive into the back-end to create and refine complex processes
  • Manage and create workflow rules, reports, dashboards, trigger automations to further automate existing processes
  • Assume ownership of the performance, capabilities, strategy co-creation, and implementation of the platform
  • Build and grow our CRM (Salesforce) with our leadership team and work directly with the stakeholders and end users.
  • Work with the head of sales to develop sales strategies and reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Business Analyst - Sales Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science or Business Analytics.
  • 3 - 5 years’ of sales experience with Salesforce expertise in development of the platform and project management of a team
  • Proven record of success in developing and implementing strategies in SalesForce that produce results and increased efficiencies.
  • History of leading cross functional teams.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Innovative thinker that develops out of the box solutions to business challenges.
  • Highly adept at database management with the ability to hit the keyboard typing on Salesforce development.
  • A doer who can bring internal and external resources together and seamlessly project manage tasks to completion
  • Ability to analyze databases and know how to make sure that data is clean,
  • Expert with Data Loader and Salesforce sandboxes
  • Self-starter that can manage projects to achieve results- including team member deliverables
  • Skilled at development on the platform and handling complex processes and challenges from a back-end perspective
  • Committed to technology- in a custom-built Salesforce environment.
  • Ability to analyze / design comp packages aligned with sales to promote efficiencies and profitability
  • Strong analytical skills
