Manages marketing efforts targeted at increasing market share in the Commercial PACE space to drive increased revenue targets.

Senior Manager, Marketing Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategy for Commercial PACE (C-PACE), including target segments, key value proposition, and messaging.  Create brand voice, look, and feel specific to C-PACE, and within overall Ygrene corporate brand/guideline.
  • Develop campaign strategies and tactics to drive C-PACE brand awareness, leads, and revenue. Test and learn to identify marketing channels (e.g., social media, SEM/SEO, direct mail, industry print media) that are most effective and cost-efficient.
  • Work with cross functional teams to identify goals, key deliverables and timelines.
  • Establish key metrics to evaluate ROI. Measure and report on marketing activities (e.g., cost-per-lead) to understand what is working and what needs to be improved/adjusted over time  
  • Prioritize Commercial marketing projects and manage budget/expenses.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Tech, Finance and other internal groups as well as external contractors and affiliates to provide the best customer and contractor experience.
  • Identify key tools and resources needed to capture data and provide insights to the business.

Other Duties as Assigned: 10%

Senior Manager, Marketing Skills and Experience:

  • This position requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field; and a minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, including 5 years people management experience. MBA preferred,
  • Thorough knowledge of brand methodologies and practices including content development, design, social media, internet, etc. Experience with B2B marketing strongly preferred, especially in commercial property or energy financing.
  • Knowledge of business finance and the impact of marketing initiatives on the core business.
  • Knowledge of graphic design concepts and how to leverage effectively in the marketplace.
  • Skills managing large projects with competing deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence Executive level management using expertise.
  • Management of staff (individual contributor or direct reports).

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, and filing cabinets.
  • Work environment is indoors with majority of time spent sitting at a desk.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator.
