Contractor Compliance Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:

Contractor Compliance: 90%

  • Screening, onboarding, training, and compliance audits of Construction Contractors
  • Administer the Construction Contractor application and screening process through effective collaboration with our Regional Account Managers
  • Assign User IDs and schedule training assignments to approved Contractor employees
  • Administer and track the training assignments as well as aid Contractors where needed
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of Contractor training including compliance with course completion and comprehension targets
  • Monitor the status of on-boarding and training, providing management with status reports and observations
  • Research new training techniques and suggest enhancements to existing training programs based on data and feedback collected through monitoring and reporting
  • Ensure Ygrene authorized Contractors comply with PACE industry guidelines for eligible improvements through random project inspections, license audits, and consumer satisfaction feedback
  • Invoke additional risk avoidance measures or other program penalties on Contractors for non-compliance with Ygrene’s Contractor Participation Agreement
  • Provide suggestions and input relevant to building and improving upon the Contractor compliance control systems

Other Duties as Assigned: 10%

Contractor Compliance Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:

  • This position requires a combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma; and 2 years of experience in PACE operations, contractor construction, and/or residential mortgage industries.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners
  • Work environment is indoors with majority of time spent sitting at a desk.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator.


Position Type, Expected Hours of Work, and Travel:

  • This is a full-time position.
  • Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
  • No travel is expected for this position
