The Processor works pro-actively to process project files from application to Notice to Proceed (NTP). Enjoy a fast-paced, friendly, and casual work environment. These positions may initially start as temp to hire depending on experience.


Processor Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage Florida and/or California Salesforce pipeline queues daily with a sense of urgency and desire to propel an application to NTP.
  • Take ownership of all projects once the application is submitted and ensure all documents are in place for the project to move to NTP.
  • Manage pipeline reports of active applications and work with contractors and sales team to ensure real time status is provided if requested.
  • Ensure that pipeline tasks and pipeline requirements are maintained and assist in proactively driving pipeline for designated projects to move to NTP.
  • Confirm applications are complete with all appropriate and required documentation.
  • Ensure receipt of signed Finance Agreements (FA).
  • Complete the Identity Verification (IDV) for all property owners of record.
  • Complete Deal Verification Call (Welcome Call) to our property owners
  • Perform special projects and research as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Processor Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ year’s experience within banking, mortgage banking or consumer finance industry.
  • Bi-lingual – English/Spanish preferred but not required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment is required. 
  • Salesforce platform experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and generally good computing skills.
  • Ability to independently manage daily tasks and short-term projects.
  • Highly organized and attention to detail is a must with strong analytical skills. 
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • This is a full-time position.
  • Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, and filing cabinets.
  • Work environment is indoors with majority of time spent sitting at a desk.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator.
