The Pipeline Coordinator works closely and pro-actively with the Customer Service Representatives and the Funding Team to process project files from approval to funding. Pipeline Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage pipeline and funding conditions daily with a sense of urgency and within required timelines for funding cutoff.
  • Take ownership of all projects once project approval is issued to contractors and property owners and ensure all documents are in place for estimated closing date.
  • Manage pipeline report of active projects and work with contractors and sales team to ensure real time status is provided.
  • Ensure that pipeline tasks and pipeline requirements are maintained and assist in proactively driving pipeline for designated projects to completion.
  • Add all pertinent project information to Funding Spreadsheet.
  • Confirm projects are complete with appropriate permits, inspections, and all required documentation.
  • Monitor delivery of finance agreements and recordation of security instrument.
  • Issue and obtain closing statements and signed contracts and verify they are complete and properly executed if missing from file as required.
  • Complete the identity verification for all property owners of record.
  • Coordinate with Funding Department and prepare file and transaction for orderly completion.
  • Perform special projects and research as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pipeline Coordinator Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ year’s experience within banking, mortgage banking or consumer finance industry with some commercial or SBA experience preferred.
  • Bi-lingual – English/Spanish highly preferred.
  • Call Center experience and comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment is required. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF Conversions and generally good computing skills.
  • Ability to independently manage daily tasks and short-term projects.
  • Highly organized and attention to detail is a must with strong analytical skills. 
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • This is a full-time position.
  • Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, and filing cabinets.
  • Work environment is indoors with majority of time spent sitting at a desk.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator.
