Office Manager / Accountant

Position Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an accurate system of accounting record keeping by setting comprehensive controls and documenting processes 
  • Manage cash flow through daily deposits and ACH payments and prepare weekly cash reports 
  • Oversee and help to input and process accounts payable and receivable  
  • Maintain payments and records for rents and leases, and fixed assets  
  • Process payroll including tax and liability payments and prepare monthly and quarterly payroll tax filings and employment verifications 
  • Prepare monthly reporting and manage the completion of the month-end close process
  • Work with CPAs on annual closeout 
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all outside professional services, including auditors, CPA firm, financial institutions, etc.
  • Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and interpreting financial data to produce accurate and timely financial reports
  • Responsible for effectively handling all insurance-related audits
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of the company’s cash and deposit accounts

Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 3-5 years of accounting and/or financial experience
 
Salary and Benefits:
  • We offer salary commensurate with experience - $25 - $30 per hour
