Head of Sales – Singapore and Malaysia
- Define and Execute go-to-market strategies
- Meet or exceed order and sales targets, as well as financial metrics including AR, margin and operating income.
- Collaborate with pre and post sales functional teams, such as application engineering, commercial operations and after-market services teams, to deliver solutions to customers.
- Manage distributors effectively to drive higher order volumes and margins.
- Drive solutions-selling as a differentiator, leveraging the full Xylem portfolio.
- Generate recurring aftermarket revenue and profit though innovative means, e.g. long-term service contracts, product replacements/upgrades or locally-developed solutions.
- Define and develop sales competencies and technical capabilities of sales personnel.
- Build up a motivated and high performance sales team.
