Xylem Service Italia, company of Xylem Group, a leading water technology company committed to “solving water” by creating innovative and smart technology solutions, is looking for an HR Advisor for his HR Shared Service team in Montecchio Maggiore (VI) that will help driving Operational Excellence and best in class HR Shared Service. The resource will manage and implement various human resources tasks and programs with the opportunity to join interesting projects. She/he should have a solid knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to retiring, passing through onboarding, compensation and employee evaluation.

Main activities will be:

  • Manage Recruiting and Selection processes
  • Manage employee onboarding and support training organization & development initiatives
  • Maintain relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment sources
  • Support and supervise time and payroll internal monthly process flow vs our ADP provider
  • Ensure full compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Support internal/external audits
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics acting as first point of contact
  • Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies and procedures, surveys, initiatives, support employees in the use electronic HR tools
  • Work closely with HRBP’s on the annual employee performance review process
  • Organize and support Employer branding activities and site events
  • Support communications processes (organizational announcements, company communications).
  • Support multi-country projects working closely with international colleagues


Role requires:

  • 5+ years of experience in the HR Advisor role in companies with high complex processes
  • Familiarity with Shared Service Center operational model
  • Good Time and Payroll knowledges
  • Excellent English knowledge, Spanish will be evaluated as a plus
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, Concur)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a Team with a results driven approach
  • Strong attitude to “make it happen”
  • Feel good in living multy-country projects
