  • Managing CRM Software
    • Able to support on CRM Softwares like Salesforce.com, Webinar and Marketo etc.
    • Able to generate and develop reports for Marketing team out of CRM software
  • Managing Weekly Win Alert
    • To Coordinate with various sales team members so as to capture key wins
    • To share it with the global team and Market to publish.
  • End to End co-ordination for Tradeshows/Seminars/Conferences
    • To identify and shortlist the vendors for the event
    • Cost Negotiations and finalization of vendors with Internal approvals
    • End to End Co-ordination with the GC teams for the event
    • To manage the End customers - Sending invites, catalogues to them
    • To manage the operational work related to the event
  • Campaign Management
    • To support in conducting e-mail campaigns whenever required
    • To carry out innovative marketing techniques so as help the brand visibility
  • Managing Give Aways
    • To identify and manage the vendors for Give-aways as per the budget
    • To support marketing team by providing Give-aways on time to time basis
  • Literature
    • To develop a plan to meet the catalogue requirement
    • To support in development of new content/whitepapers/case studies
  • Corporate communication
    • To prepare Xylem India Corporate video & Photography
    • To cover all the cases where Customers Visits to Plant and Video
  • Managing Xylem PR activities
    • To manage Xylem Corporate level communication with Global contacts
    • Compiling the information for Monthly Newsletter for Marketing India team
  • Maintaining the Feedback Mechanism from End customers
    • Compiling the feedbacks by calling/mailing the end customers
    • Maintaining the report from all the GCs on feedbacks
