We are thrilled to be recruiting for a Service Specialist to join the team at Warrington on a Hybrid basis. This is a exciting role working as part of the back-office Service team, supporting the Field Service team in the delivery of operations.
Summary of role:

• Opening and loading service orders into SAP CS Module

• Ordering spares for service visits• Ordering parts from third party suppliers & raising purchase requisitions

• Communicating with other departments to understand lead times and parts availability for service requirements• Managing logistics for parts needed for service interventions

• Assisting in managing of engineers van stock• Closing out all service jobs once completed including TECO, DMR and parts reconciliation.


Key Responsibilities:

• Ordering spares for service and responsible for managing spares to site by liaising with various other departments

• Ordering parts from third party suppliers for site works

• Working with service scheduler to advise on parts availability for visit planning

• Raising requestions for ordering of parts/Tools/ training from third party suppliers

• Liaising with Service engineers to advise on parts delivery’s

• Advising service sales of additional works to be quoted from reviewing service reports

• Ownership of closing out service jobs through TECO and DMR.
