POSITION DATA SPECIFICATION

Position Title: Executive – Customer Service (Temp Rolls) Date:-___________  

Organization/Location: Xylem Water Solutions India Private Limited, Baroda  

Reporting Line: SALES & CSR DIRECTOR

Part 1. Describe the Position  

Summary:  

(

1) Job Purpose: One-sentence description of the overall purpose/mission of the job;

Voice of customers which in turn converts to a good business  

(

2) Goals and Objectives: Several bullet points for setting performance objectives.  

A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.

Once the order is released, sending it to customer with CC to respective sales  

person within 24 hours

_

Following with customer for payment and transporter details / Road permit  

Once the payment is done getting confirmation from finance  

Monitor any request for expedite orders/Inquiry and informing to planning  

Interacting with customer for order readiness date and there plan for picking up  

the order  

Reviewing each order as per its readiness date and taking up the same in the  

accountability meeting  

Following with planning for any expedite order request and taking up in the  

meeting with planning

Informing to customer for their request and changing the OA accordingly  

Liaising Logistics / Production team for dispatching the material  

Replying to customer for any order getting delayed as per readiness date of order  

Informing to customer for orders getting ready in coming week and taking  

confirmation from customer for picking up order

Circulate the customer pick up confirmation for each month to planning team  

_

Circulate the customer pick up confirmation plan to logistic team every week

Circulate Daily dispatch plan to Production, Planning, Finance, Logistic, QA/QC  

Circulation of Proforma Invoice to respective customer/distributor against each  

order for payment collection before dispatch  

Arrangement of Original documents from Value center for Export LC shipments in  

co-ordination with sourcing team  

Hand over original LC documents to finance for submission in bank for LC

clearance.  

Part 2. Describe the Person  

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of  

experience).

1) Key technical skills and knowledge.  

a) Gradudate  

b) Basic computer knowledge  

c) At least 4- 5 years preferably with MNC exposure of working experience in the field of  

CSR  

d) Ability to judge a person which helps to take the right decision for our customer on the  

right time.
