Job Summary:

Senior Manager, Advanced Manufacturing Excellence will play a pivotal role in driving strategic manufacturing initiatives that contribute to the overall success of our organization. This role will interact closely with Regional Manufacturing Excellence, Supply Chain and Operations teams.

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop standard processes and procedures to be leveraged for all Manufacturing Network Transformation Projects.
  • Project Manage and Execution of Manufacturing Network transformation projects.
  • Lead, coach and coordinate the activities of Global Advance Manufacturing Excellence team.
  • Manage Industry 4.0 Deployment and Conversion Costs Optimization efforts.
  • Lead and Execute Pilot Industry 4.0 projects with a focus on Enterprise-wide deployment.
  • Provide support on implementation of new technology in manufacturing, methods, materials, and advanced systems used to make the company's products.
  • Support the Industry 4.0 implementation roadmap leading the sub-projects.
  • Ensure all project needs are being met to achieve goals in the set time frame. This includes, but is not limited to, securing additional resources, setting daily or weekly priorities for project team members, communicating to all cross-functional stakeholders, and working in challenging situations.
  • Support Ops IT (MES, CMMS, ERP and other Digital Factory) implementation programs.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on selected topics to all sites globally
  • Support Training, Technical Support, Project Development and Project Management for projects that fall within area of expertise.

Key Experiences:

  • 10+ years’ manufacturing systems experience
  • Manufacturing Network Transformation/product transfer project management experience required.
  • Experience in Automation Engineering and/or Systems Engineering preferred.
  • Working knowledge and demonstrated application of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Qualifications: Education

  • University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field

Additional Information:

  • Ability and willingness for domestic and international travel up to 50%.
