Description

  • Direct the LCS Team for Xylem’s Treatment product portfolio (~ $ 140 M) covering the following teams: LCS Business Development, Wedeco Inhouse Service, Wedeco and Sanitaire Field Service, Repair Workshop, Aftermarket Product Management, Training Team and Aftermarket Sales Support (dotted line)
  • Drive integration of the legacy APT service organization into one combined Treatment LCS team. Identify global resources and processes and work on combining to build a best-in-class organization. Onboard teams, drive cross training and identifying synergy opportunities.  
  • Upgrade Sanitaire LCS strategy including set up of Turboblower service workshop. Expansion of Sanitaire add on services, e.g. liquid cleaning and implementation of Membrane pricing model in the markets. Key requirement is alignment with the markets to get local support to drive Sanitaire LCS strategy.
  • Build on success of global retrofit strategy for disinfection installations with further toolbox development for retrofit and upgrades.
  • Managing and improving the sales strategy for the LCS portion of the Treatment business to drive profitable growth in alignment with Xylem’s topline/bottom-line strategic plan. Drive ownership for financial metrics in the markets to build accountability within the TRE LCS team.
  • Influence the Budget and Forecasting process in the Markets along with owning the global LCS P&L, including guidance on decisions on regional market and transfer pricing in cooperation with key stake holders in the CTs.
  • Implement pricing strategy for lamps to drive profitable growth and reduce risk of non-OEM replacements.
  • Implement and execute annual plans and objectives to deliver growth on orders, sales and margins. Supervise global KPIs to track progress.
  • Assist with input and analysis of the sales and product line assortment strategy (competitors, sales, margin, trends, technology, etc.) as well as developing strategic actions to grow market share
  • Key Account management of TOP customers including communication and negotiation with direct end customers and Markets. Develop relationships with external customers and support sales visits, working cooperatively with a cross functional team to improve customer relationship along with growing the business.
  • Develop robust relationship with key stakeholders in the organization, partners, customers supported by compelling value added customer orientation. Ensure that responsiveness of the organization is set to deliver based on VOC processes to increase customer satisfaction
  • Identification of alternate business models and pilot with customers through the partnership with Digital Technology. Team up with other key stake holders within the organization to foster growth of new technologies and commercialization models including support of long term service contracts.
  • Lead TRE LCS PM to participate, influence and engage as a gatekeeper in the Product Development steering group (XPD) to cover the interests of the Global Aftermarket and Service Organization, with the goal to develop new products which are easy to service and secure AMS Growth and profitability
  • Create a culture where Continuous Improvement is perceived as an asset to reduce inefficiencies within the own organization, as well as between Global teams and Markets
  • Leading, developing, strengthening and coaching the team members to identify talents within the organization to foster succession planning and career development. Furthermore mentoring on future oriented sales/service concept and other new skills to strive for a culture that develops talents for results
