Position overview:
Xperi is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the Monetization team. This role will focus on sizing and formatting graphics for target platforms, creating digital mockups, web development, and video editing.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Create compelling digital assets and mockups for ad campaigns.
  • Edit and format videos for target platforms.
  • Update website content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and follow brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 0-3 years experience in digital design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating an ability to handle a variety of design styles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Broad knowledge of and experience with Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience in video editing.
  • Knowledge of digital design best practices, including responsive design.
  • Familiarity with web design, Wordpress, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
 
Physical Demands 
  • Typing/Keyboarding: Proficiency in typing and using a computer keyboard for extended periods.
  • Communicating: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Working Remote: Ability to connect with our team through various apps and be available during “office hours” via remote connection.
