We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable cloud data infrastructure. In this role, you will build robust data pipelines, optimize large-scale processing jobs, and manage data warehousing solutions across GCP or AWS environments. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, analysts, and product teams to ensure reliable, high-quality data is delivered across the organization

Key Responsibilities Pipeline Development:

Design, develop, and maintain resilient batch and streaming data pipelines using Python, SQL, and distributed frameworks. Cloud Infrastructure (GCP & AWS): Build and administer data solutions across Google Cloud Platform (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow) and Amazon Web Services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue). Transformation & Modeling: Develop clean, version-controlled, and testable transformation layers using dbt (data build tool) for analytics-ready models. Ingestion (dlt): Implement lightweight, pythonic extraction and ingestion frameworks using dlt (Data Load Tool) to pull data from diverse SaaS and database sources.Big Data Processing: Write, tune, and optimize Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala) jobs for high-volume data transformation and aggregations. Orchestration & DevOps: Manage workflow scheduling, monitoring, and error-handling using tools like Apache Airflow, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control. Data Quality & Governance: Enforce data validation, schema evolution handling, lineage tracking, and security best practices.
