About the role:
TiVo is seeking an Advertising Operations Coordinator to join our team in Warsaw. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and proactive. The position will be responsible for the scheduling, QC, optimization and reporting of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, both proprietary and third party, and in multiple regions and timezones. This role requires a strong understanding of ad operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Manage the scheduling and trafficking of advertising campaigns using proprietary and third party ad systems. Ensure best practices are adhered to and ad policies are enforced.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals and client expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, engineering, and creative teams to gather campaign requirements and ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and look to resolve any issues related to ad delivery, including discrepancies, technical problems, and performance concerns. Take ownership of initial escalations from partner teams.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of campaign schedules, changes, and performance metrics.
- Innovation: Stay up to date on industry trends and provide feedback to product and engineering teams on recommended process and system improvements.Other assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in advertising campaign oversight, execution, and technical support across CTV - display advertising.
- Understanding of direct sold digital display advertising products a plus.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts, work collaboratively and confidently with clients, across internal departments and with senior leadership.
- Customer-centric mindset and a strong focus on driving business growth.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment. Highly organized, with the ability to proactively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong proactive communicator, and service-oriented personality with high interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with common web languages a plus.
- Ability to speak fluent English. Spanish speaking a plus.
