Where: Office based - Xperi, Skyliner, Prosta 67, 00-838 Warsaw
By joining the Xperi Warsaw internship program, you will:
- Learn how various parts of the TV product ecosystem work.
- Gain an understanding of what it means to be a Software Tester, including quality processes, tools, and metrics.
- Engage directly in testing activities to help ensure product quality and verify end user scenarios on real devices.
- Gain insight into the function and importance of test automation within the broader testing process, including its objectives, dependencies, and balance in the testing strategy.
- Test Xperi products on actual multimedia devices deployed to the market as well as new versions kept under development
- Learn about Agile, Scrum, and the Software Delivery Life Cycle in a production environment.
- Learn best practices related to product quality, collaboration with engineering teams, and real-world product validation.
- Get hands-on experience to prepare for a QA career

Who we’re looking for:
- Students with approximately three years of Computer Science or related technical studies.
- Curious, motivated individuals genuinely interested in software testing and its quality improvements.
- Comfortable communicating in English in an international environment.
- Enjoy analyzing problems, spotting issues, and striving for high quality.
- Technical aspects of testing, such as using Linux-based environments, reviewing logs, managing configurations, and handling devices, should not present any difficulties.
- Experience with hardware or embedded systems, or familiarity with technical tools commonly used in engineering environments (e.g. build systems or CI tools such as Jenkins) is a plus.
- Confidence in using everyday collaboration and work management tools such as Office 365, Jira, or Confluence is a plus.
