Bonus
Employees are eligible for an tenure bonus:
- 10 years—$10,000
- 15 years—$15,000
Extra Day Pay
Any duty day on an aircraft over 51 per calendar quarter is compensated as:
- CL350 FO: $400/day
- CL350 Captain: $600/day
Minimum Experience Requirements
XO Crew Resource First Officer Minimums
- 1500 Total Flying Time
- 500 PIC Total Time
- 500 Turboprop/ Jet Time
Upgrade Process
- Upgrades completed in seniority order.
- Minimum flight times to upgrade:
- CL350: TT 3000h / JET/Turboprop 1000h
- Global: TT 4500h / JET/Turboprop 2000h
- A face-to-face command assessment with the Chief Pilot and Deputy.
- Up to two full rotations paired with a Line Training Captain, who will complete a formal assessment. In addition, 12 hours of SIM training plus 20 sectors lone training as Captain under Supervision.

- 15 on / 13 off
- Scheduled 6 months at a time

- Transition days rotate weekly

Vacation
- During off days. Flexibility is available to ensure once per year employees can extend off days to at least 20 days. In order to ensure quarterly totals are met (for Extra day Pay and Variable Pay) employees will need to be available to repay these days by covering for others extending days off.
Home Basing
Designation
- Airport with significant airline service designated as base airport prior to employment
Permanent Change
- A request for a permanent change to your home base must be requested within 30 days of the change
Life on the Road
Airlines
- Positive space seats purchased by company for travel
- Pilots retain miles for use during personal travel
Hotels
- Pilots retain points for use during personal travel
Ground Transportation
- Hotel or airport Shuttle
- Lyft/Uber/taxis/shuttle expenses covered when traveling for company business as needed
Meals
- Up to $74/day reimbursed for meal expenses—United States, Canada, Mexico, & Caribbean
- All other international $96/day reimbursed for meal expenses
Expenses
- Pilots use company credit card to cover hotel, rental car/transportation, meal and other approved expenses
- XOJET pays company card directly
- XOJET will provide reimbursement for approved expenses not on company credit card for cash tips, inexpensive meals or taxis when the vendor does not accept a credit card
- Additional expenses covered include Pilot Medical, parking at airport while on rotation, annual KCM fees, etc.
