The purpose of the Inventory & Repair Coordinator is to assist XOJET in maintaining accuracy within its owned inventory as well as manage repairs through various vendor programs. This role will monitor various vendor programs such as JSSI and MSP for parts coverage and options within those programs to ensure cost coverage as well as identify high failure rate items and assist in monitoring those issues to a solution, and monitor closed Aircraft work orders to ensure inventory compliance.


  • Process cycle counts from remote stocking locations to ensure inventory integrity on a daily basis
  • Perform on site inventory audits as directed
  • Monitor closed AC work orders to ensure that all stock used is allocated to the correct aircraft
  • Monitor closed AC work orders to identify removed components that need to be returned to vendors as cores or company owned assets that need to be repaired
  • Monitor open repair orders and follow up with vendors for status until completion
  • Provide weekly updates for repair status of all company owned assets
  • Interface with Quality Assurance to ensure all parts are accounted for correct processes have been followed
  • Interface with representatives of our maintenance service providers to manage lost assets or find missing information as needed for core returns
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Core return department to assist as needed
  • Ensure inventory integrity between a mixed fleet of aircraft
  • Assist in identifying high use parts and locations to stock for future use
  • Understand maintenance programs such as JSSI and MSP
  • Corporate aircraft or airline parts and repair processing experience
  • Detail oriented, with excellent organizational and task management skills
  • Must be computer literate with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Project. Experience with CAMP, FOS, or other maintenance specific applications highly desirable
  • Must be clear and concise in verbal and written communications
  • Must be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple departments in fluid operational environment
