Responsibilities

Working with the entire sales, sales support, marketing and service organizations, the Director, Sales role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Development of membership sales at XO
  • Accountability for achievement of published membership quota per quarter
  • Clear and visible pipeline management via provides CRM
  • Direct responsibility for following up on new leads and referrals resulting from multiple lead sources
  • Understand customer trip needs and articulating options to best suit individual customer requirements
  • Ensure operators meet quality assurance standards to provide the highest levels of customer service to our clients
  • Contract management and negotiations
  • Preparation and submittal of sales proposals and materials
  • Consistently meets/exceeds targets
  • Is a trusted peer, mentor, and coach
  • Is a brand leader and serves as an ambassador of the XO Culture


Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience in Inbound and Outbound Selling
  • Deep understanding of Sales Pipeline Management
  • Versed at presenting/navigating and selling at the C-Level
  • Comfortable at presenting to larger groups, trade-show’s etc.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactive approach to problem solving; ability to prioritize and manage competing needs and fully understand XO’s clients’ objectives and the tone of the marketplace
  • The ability to gain respect and form advisory relationships with clients and influencers and forge lasting business relationships
  • A high degree of organization and self-motivation is required
