In this hands-on, highly visible role, you’ll provide Tier 2 support across multiple locations, help deploy new technology, and partner with teams to ensure reliable and secure operations.
You’ll be the go-to person for internal tech support, helping end-users get the tools they need, when they need them—while also helping us grow smarter, safer, and faster. If you're customer-focused, tech-savvy, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do

- Support key construction and company applications: install, configure, troubleshoot, and sometimes train users
- Work closely with Infrastructure and Network teams to resolve complex issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and profiles in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Egnyte, and more
- Handle onboarding/offboarding—including hardware setup and account provisioning
- Set up AV equipment and support video conferencing tools
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on system upgrades, renewals, and equipment rollouts
- Perform hands-on maintenance and updates for computers and network hardware—especially at jobsite trailers
- Keep IT documentation, configurations, and asset records up to date
- Help maintain compliance with cybersecurity best practices across all IT touchpoints
- Support imaging, inventory, and deployment of laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of IT support experience, including at least 1 year in a field-based or on-site role
- Solid experience with Microsoft technologies and basic construction or business applications
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, access points, etc.
- Comfortable working hands-on with desktops, laptops, switches, and mobile devices
- Ability to diagnose and fix tech issues independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills—you know how to keep people calm and informed
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to jobsites
- Experience supporting remote/temporary jobsite tech a big plus
- Familiarity with tools like HappyFox, Meraki MDM, or other remote management platforms
- Bonus points for certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft MCP
What to Expect
- Primarily based in an office setting, with occasional travel to jobsites
- You’ll need to be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs of equipment
