  • EXPERIENCE LEVEL:  Minimum of  5 years with BA/BS years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint Technology. 
  • REQUIRED: 3-5 years experience developing and working with SharePoint 2013,2016, Office 365, SharePoint Framework SPFx and have solid Visual Studio/.NET development skills.  
  • EDUCATION: BA/BS degree in Information Technology and/or Computer Science.

XGILITY is looking to add a Mid-Level SharePoint Developer with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Visual Studio/.NET, and O365 SharePoint online experience. You are a Customer focused level resource helping XGILITY to lead a Federal client in taking a transformative approach to implementing the latest Microsoft SharePoint, O365, and .NET solutions to better support our Federal Client's business communications, information collaboration, and data interpretation.

The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Customize and maintain existing custom site solutions or develop new site solutions using Visual Studio .NET and SharePoint SPFx development, templates, lists, columns, document libraries, wikis, discussion boards, calendars, web part, workflows, forms, etc.
  • Support SharePoint out-of-the-box functionalities.
  • Coordinate with business, technology, and support teams to ensure system solutions meet business requirements.
  • Perform research to determine SharePoint’s Framework SPFx current and future capabilities related to integrating with O365 and migrating from an On-Premise platform to a cloud or hybrid environment.
  • Understand the client’s collaboration, workflow, data and document management requirements, and design and implement automation solutions. Monitor solutions to ensure workflow and tasks work properly.
  • Identify opportunities for improving existing applications and processes and design, build, and improve existing SSRS (native mode) reporting service using BI (e.g. PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, SharePoint) or other enterprise-level solutions.


Below are the Skills desired for our SharePoint Online environment:

  1. jQuery, Angular.js, Node.js, React.js, Yeoman, gulp, SPFX, Visual Studio (15/17/19), GIT, Bootstrap, CSS, U2U, XML, GIT, REST, CSOM, SharePoint Online, SharePoint On Prim (2010 /2013/2016), SQL Server, CDN features, AD understanding.
  2. Third-party javascript tools, e.g. Font-awesome, Moment, data tables, etc.
  3. Experience in developing SharePoint Hosted Applications in JavaScript/CSOM /REST using SharePoint Object Model
  4. Strong client-side development experience
  5. Experience in developing Provider Hosted Applications in Azure (Good to have, not required)


  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder. Must have the ability to obtain a government security clearance. 
  • Public Trust or Active Clearance.  
  • BA/BS degree ( See Above Details or equivalent experience is essential) 
  • SharePoint Framework SPFx Development and Visual Studio/ .Net Framework Development
  • Office 365 SharePoint online required
  • Migration Experience required
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated hands-on SharePoint development 2013, 2016, O365, for Hybrid environments is necessary. including customized code, maintaining and creating web pages, forms, workflows, master pages, apps, page layouts, data view web parts, content and script editor web parts, custom UI themes, business connectivity services, and integration with other products, systems, and data.


  • Desired Microsoft Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, MCSD, MTA, MCP
  • Experience with Azure PaaS
