DESCRIPTION:

We want to add you as a Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate to our Development Team to help a variety of our Clients.

  POSITION DETAILS: 

  • LOCATION: D.C. Metro, Ashburn HQ with Remote work
  • EXPERIENCE LEVEL: At least five (5) years operational experience configuring the Common Data Service, creating apps by using Power Apps, creating and managing Power Automate, implementing Power Virtual Agents chatbots, integrating Power Apps with other apps and services, managing queues, entitlements, and service-level agreements (SLAs), implementing scheduling, implementing Omnichannel for Customer Service, and managing analytics.
  • DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Microsoft O365 Azure Certifications AI, NL, ML
  • EDUCATION: BA/BS degree desired in Information Technology and/or Computer Science
  • REQUIRED WORK STATUS: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • CLEARANCE: Active Public Trust or Clearable
  • JOB STATUS: Full-Time Position with Xgility

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant will have a minimum of five (5) years’ previous operational experience building CX solutions that are fast, agile, and leverage AI to drive actionable insights that anticipate customer needs. Experience in enterprise case management is also a requirement.  Microsoft Certification is required.
