Low Code/ No Code SME - Secret
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Low-Code / No-Code SME to support the Army Software Innovation Center responsible for architecture guidance, platform governance, and solution delivery across secure DoD environments. This role requires hands-on experience in at least two enterprise low-code platforms such as Appian, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Palantir Technologies, with the ability to design scalable solutions, mentor teams, and support governance standards across the enterprise platform portfolio. Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical reviewer for solution designs prior to production deployment or solutioning plan finalization.
- Participate in architecture review boards.
- Enforce platform guardrails, naming standards, and reuse policies.
- Evaluate requests for new platform capabilities or expansions.
- Evaluate business and technical requirements to identify and recommend best fit solutions
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance
- 10+ years of experience modernizing complex applications/solutions on the Appian platform.
- Experience implementing solutions on other platforms (ServiceNow, Palantir or Salesforce).
- 5+ years of experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
- 5+ years of experience with Data Modeling, ETL, Stored Procedures and optimizing queries/views
- 5+ years of experience developing on RDBMS platforms (Oracle, SQL, MySQL, MariaDB)
- 5 + years of experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Army Contractor experience
- Experience supporting modernization cloud project
- Hands-on experience with low-code platforms such as Appian, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Palantir Technologies, with the ability to design scalable solutions, mentor teams, and support governance standards across the enterprise platform portfolio.
