DBA Senior – Secret
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a DBA Senior. The Senior Azure DBA manages enterprise‑grade data platforms hosted on Azure, including SQL, Managed Instances, and other cloud‑based databases. Clearance: Secret
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Design, optimize, and maintain Azure SQL databases.
- Implement backup, recovery, and high‑availability strategies.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot advanced database issues.
- Support data migrations, ETL workflows, and security compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Expertise in SQL Server, Azure SQL, and data platform architecture.
- Security+ certification.
- Strong performance‑tuning and optimization skills.
- Deep understanding of cloud security and data governance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Army Contractor experience
- Prior experience supporting Azure environment
