Criminal Analyst (Med) - (Intelligence and Investigative Analytical Support) - TS/SCI US Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
 
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a qualified Criminal Analyst in support of an Enterprise Intelligence and Investigative Analysis contract. Come join our award-winning organization and work with the most talented and brightest minds in the GovCon industry. 
 
Location: National Capital Region.   
 
Clearance: Active TS with SCI Eligibility 
 
Responsibilities:  
  • Develop comprehensive and in-depth evaluations on subjects of interest in support of IO using classified, law enforcement sensitive, and unclassified/open-source data.
    •   Collaborate with international and domestic HSI offices to provide support and analysis on investigations and threats across the entirety of HSI’s investigative portfolio. 
    •   Utilize geospatial analysis to deliver actionable insights for IO using various technologies and software.
    •   Develop standardized reporting methodologies to address ad hoc requests and quickly produce qualitative reports of analysis ensuring timely response for stakeholders.
    •   Enhance the precision and speed of data ingestion processes to efficiently identify and analyze information. 
    •   Data cleansing and deploying advanced data processing techniques to ensure rapid and accurate assessments of potential national security risks. 
    •   Define, manipulate, aggregate, and use both structured and unstructured “big data” to support law enforcement investigations. 
    •   Continually provide feedback and analysis on workflows and methods to improve efficiencies and target results. 
    •   Establish comprehensive quality control protocols across operations to standardize excellence in analysis, resulting in reliable and accurate intelligence dissemination.
    •   Conduct comprehensive criminal analysis utilizing network analytic techniques to include but not limited to social network analysis, financial analysis, or supply chain analysis.
Minimum Requirements: 
  • TS with the ability to obtain and SCI
  • Bachelor's degree and two (2) or more years of experience in any research, intelligence or threat analysis; or Associate's and four (4) years or Highschool Diploma and six (6) years. 
    •   Minimum one (1) year of all source intelligence analysis and knowledge of intelligence community, or law enforcement, or military analytical tools.
    •   Thorough knowledge of identity intelligence operations, intelligence and interagency processes and procedures,
    •   Experience in data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling.
