Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Change and Communications Analyst who will provide knowledge of business processes, best practices, and IT systems/application analysis to support change initiatives and implementation of the Army cloud environment. You will help develop metrics to measure transition and determine appropriate follow on actions in assisting users in moving to the cloud while ensuring their organizational needs are addressed and aligned to the Federal Government/DoD requirements. Secret Clearance:


  • Support cloud strategy change initiatives and objectives relative to the organization’s cloud plan and Federal Government/DoD requirements
  • Applies common best practices of customer engagement using an evolving knowledge base to create and execute change communications pertaining to change initiatives
  • Ensures messaging alignment to a variety of stakeholders of different skillsets and knowledge levels
  • Serve as customer and stakeholder advocate as they navigate their cloud migration journey
  • Advises in defining the direction and strategy for assisting users in moving to the cloud while ensuring their organizational needs are addressed
  • Interacts with customers to understand their requirements and make recommendations while assisting them through cloud onboarding process
  • Other duties as assigned; associated with and/or in support of your primary role or program mission 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 1 year of applicable experience
  • ServiceNow user experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting Federal Government/DoD information technology projects a plus
