Location: Remote with periodic meetings in Fort Belvoir, VA. 
Travel: None
 
Clearance Requirements:
  • Minimum Clearance: Secret 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present results to program and executive management and provides direction to other administrative personnel.
  • Coordinate schedules to facilitate the completion of task order and change proposals, contract
  • deliverables, task order reviews, briefings, and presentations, and In Progress Review (IPR) preparation.
  • Perform analysis, development, and review of program administrative operating plans and procedures.
  • Provide centralized administrative, clerical, documentation, and related functions.
  • Support the Projec Manager in providing the planning, direction, coordination, and controls necessary for effective, efficient, and timely accomplishment of all requirements contained within this Task Order.
  • Provide the technical and functional activities at the Task Order level needed for the management of this PWS.
  • Coordinates work carried out under the contract.
  • Design, develop, maintain, schedule, and manage delivery of training programs.
  • Develop, prepare, coordinate, and hold briefings related to training materials, technical specifications, operation and system user manuals, analysis reports, and other system related information.
  • Perform additional training support services as identified within the scope of services for the Task Order.

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years relevant experience
  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
  • Experience working with project management tools and reporting systems.
  • Experience working on government contracts, work breakdown structures, management/business plans, and program reporting.
  • Worked in support of a Program Manager on a government contract.
  • Experience in contract administration and preparing management reports.
  • Position Sensitivity: Non-Critical Sensitive (Formerly IT-II or IT-2)
  • Investigation Requirements: Must possess a favorable Tier 3 (T3) NACLC/ANACI
