Summary Description:

The primary objective of this position is to provide our customers with exceptional implementation experiences that set them up for success from the beginning. The Project Manager is accountable for driving customer value and product adoption though the application of project management methods for the planning, management, and control of multiple, concurrent projects. This is a 100% remote position suited to those residing near a major airport in the US.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Full project lifecycle ensuring contracts are carried out according to agreed terms
  • Provide day-to-day leadership for cross-functional project teams
  • Adhere to established methods, standards and processes for assigned projects
  • Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor during projects
  • Establish and maintain communications internally and with customers related to project status, decisions, risks, issues and escalations
  • Maintain the project timeline, budget and scope while ensuring the quality of work products/deliverables
  • Coordinate the allocation of project resources with cross-functional team members and customer stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues as they occur
  • Establish, communicate and maintain project task assignments
  • Manage changes to the project scope through formal and informal change management processes
  • Facilitate team building and conflict resolution
  • Review and manage time and expenses for project team
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to project delivery
  • Mentor new/less experienced team members

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years of project management experience working on technically complex project with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
  • Excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Takes initiative, plans and prioritizes extremely well
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed to provide project leadership (~25% travel)
  • Flexible work schedule with ability to occasionally travel/work outside of normal business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certification (CAPM/PMP or equivalent) or other similar industry certification
  • Experience within a Professional Services/software consulting organization in SaaS environment
  • Familiarization with XANT products, CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.) issue/case management (JIRA, etc.), software development methods (waterfall, Agile, SDLC, etc.), AI/machine learning, and/or computer technologies (infrastructure, desktop, networking, telephony systems, etc.)
