As a Corporate Recruiter for XANT, you will collaborate with the business to attract and select the best talent for their teams. Your passion for recruiting and your ability to distinguish between good and great will enable you to help hire top diverse candidates who will thrive in our organization. Your relationship management and influencing skills will make you a credible partner to the business, providing valuable insights and market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring manager in establishing strategies for attracting top tier talent 
  • Design and execute position-specific sourcing and recruiting strategies 
  • Ensure an incredible candidate experience
  • Actively utilize multiple social media platforms, job boards and recruiting tools 
  • Recruit, screen, interview and qualify both active and passive candidates 
  • Prepare and present compelling candidate profiles for manager review 
  • Follow up with hiring managers to obtain feedback on candidates and status of openings 
  • Present candidate job offers

Requirements:

  • Ability to follow-up and follow-through with an engaging, personal touch
  • Ability and desire to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast paced, high-stakes environment
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Track record for successfully identifying and qualifying exceptional engineering candidates
  • Blend of technical aptitude, personality and communication skills
  • Comprehensive expertise in the full spectrum of talent acquisition and retention
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable with and actively use social media platforms/networks to attract the best talent
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong understanding of direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
  • Experience with an ATS
Currently located in Provo, will be moving our headquarters to Lehi in June of 2020.
